These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment in, and participation in, any programme offered by Drenovo ("Drenovo", "we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before completing enrolment.
Drenovo is an independent acting school based at 28 Shelly Row, Cambridge CB3 0BS, United Kingdom. We provide structured educational programmes in acting technique, voice and movement, and audition preparation. All programmes are offered for educational purposes only.
Drenovo's programmes are offered for educational and personal development purposes. Participation in any programme does not constitute, and is not represented as, a guarantee of professional employment, representation, audition success, admission to any institution, or any other career outcome. We make no claims about the likelihood or nature of outcomes resulting from participation in our programmes.
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon our acceptance of your application and, where applicable, receipt of the applicable programme fee. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Confirmation of enrolment will be communicated in writing to the email address you provide.
Programme fees are stated at the time of enrolment and are payable in advance unless a specific payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Fees are quoted inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust fees for future intakes, but fees agreed at the point of enrolment will not change for that intake.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details of our cancellation and refund provisions. In summary, cancellations made more than fourteen days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within fourteen days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify the content, schedule, or format of a programme where reasonably necessary. In the event that we cancel a programme in its entirety before it commences, enrolled students will receive a full refund. If a programme is interrupted or curtailed after commencement due to circumstances outside our control, we will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements or a proportionate refund.
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually, to engage seriously with the work, and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a professional training environment. We reserve the right to exclude students from a programme — without refund — where their conduct is disruptive, harmful to others, or otherwise incompatible with the requirements of the programme. We also reserve the right to decline enrolment to any individual in future programmes.
Some of our programmes involve physical activity, including movement exercises and voice work. Students are responsible for informing us of any physical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that may be relevant to their participation before the programme commences. Drenovo is not liable for injury arising from participation in activities where relevant information was not disclosed.
All materials provided by Drenovo in connection with our programmes — including handouts, reading lists, exercise descriptions, and other written or recorded materials — are the intellectual property of Drenovo or of their respective authors. These materials may be used by students for personal study and practice only, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without our express written consent.
Drenovo's liability in connection with any programme is limited to the amount paid for that programme. We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from participation in or exclusion from a programme. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of enrolment is the version that governs your participation in that programme. Updates will be posted to this page.
