This Refund Policy applies to all programme enrolments at Drenovo. We are committed to clear and fair refund practices. Please read this policy before completing enrolment.
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, the following terms apply based on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the programme start date:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] and include your full name and the programme concerned.
We recognise that circumstances beyond a student's control may arise — including serious illness, bereavement, or other significant personal events. In such cases, we will consider requests for refund or credit outside the standard terms on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested. We cannot guarantee refunds in all circumstances, but we will respond to each request with transparency and good faith.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering the contract, without giving any reason. This right applies to distance contracts (where enrolment is completed online or by phone without prior in-person attendance). If the programme commences within the 14-day cancellation period and you have requested this, your right to cancel may be limited to a proportionate refund for sessions not yet delivered.
If we cancel a programme before it commences, enrolled students will receive a full refund within 10 working days. If a programme is interrupted after commencement due to circumstances outside our control (including public health requirements, facility issues, or force majeure), we will endeavour to provide equivalent alternative sessions or a proportionate refund for sessions not delivered.
Students who wish to transfer their enrolment to a different intake of the same programme may do so without charge if the request is made more than 14 days before the start date, subject to availability. Transfers made within 14 days of the start date are at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times depend on the payment method used and may take up to 10 working days.
